1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Cut Video Gaps desktop application or visiting cutvideogaps.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.
2. Public Beta License Grant
During the public beta period, Cut Video Gaps grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and run the software on compatible Mac computers (macOS 13+).
The free public beta includes up to 15 hours of video export quota per month for personal or commercial creative evaluation. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the packaged desktop software without prior written authorization.
3. Ownership of User Content
You retain full, exclusive ownership and intellectual property rights over all video footage, audio recordings, project files, and rendered outputs processed with Cut Video Gaps. We claim zero ownership or copyright over your content.
4. Beta Software Disclaimer ("As-Is")
Cut Video Gaps is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Because this software is currently in active beta testing, you acknowledge that unexpected crashes, timeline discrepancies, or compatibility anomalies may occur.
Always maintain independent backup copies of raw video footage and project timelines prior to performing automated silence extraction or running non-destructive XML replacements.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cut Video Gaps and its creator (Manpreet Singh) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
